Created by the production for use in "Empire Records" (1995) for Johnny Whitworth's character "A.J." Book with black cover and pages that were originally blank throughout interior. "A.J.” in green paint at top proper right corner of front cover above a green cube. Yellow, orange, and blue paint throughout cover. Roman numerals and lines written along sides of pages. Pencil and pen drawings throughout the entire book.

Obtained directly from New Regency Productions.

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.
