Description
Created by the production for use in "Robocop 2" (1990). Full color design artwork print of an “ED-209” created as set dressing. Weaponized robot is standing on two legs with gun "arms" reaching outwards toward the viewer. The background of the print is comprised of blue hues within a white border. The print itself is adhered to foamcore which is in turn adhered to a black backing within a black metal frame.
Obtained from Christie's East Auction #7821, Lot 62.
Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.
Condition
Bottom proper right corner of print has become unglued from the foamcore, and it slightly beginning to crease on the edge. Minor creasing at corners. Minor staining throughout all portions of the item. The backing has become unglued from the frame, and while it is confined with the frame, it is not secure. Heavy glue residue on the reverse top and bottom. Minor loss at reverse center where tape was once adhered.
