Auction Schedule

Our online auctions typically run for a period of 3–4 weeks and are usually launched at the beginning of each month. A live preview of all auction lots will be available within 24 hours of the auction’s start.

 All upcoming auctions are announced through social media channels and via email notifications to subscribers.

 Each lot features a countdown clock showing the remaining time for bidding. Lots are scheduled to close at different times on the final day of the auction, with the first lot closing at 12:00 PM (Eastern Time). Lots close sequentially in the order in which they appear on the website.

 Bidding Procedures

  • Real-Time Bidding: All bidding is done in real-time. We do not utilize automatic, proxy, or absentee bidding.
  • Popcorn Bidding: Any bid placed within the last five (5) minutes of a lot’s bidding window will extend the auction for an additional five (5) minutes. This continues as long as additional bids are placed within the five-minute window.
  • Finality of Bids: All bids are final and legally binding, even if placed by accident. Take extreme caution before bidding. The highest qualified bidder recognized by the system will be the buyer of the lot.
  • Disputes: In the event of a dispute between bidders, a lot may be re-offered at our discretion. All decisions regarding disputes and winning bidders are final and binding.
  • Right to Rescind or Limit Bids: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or rescind bids or sales in the event of nonpayment, system errors, or any other reason at our discretion.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed on auction items prior to the auction’s official closing due to technical issues, system errors, or customer mistakes.

Title, Payment, and Taxes

  • Title Transfer: Title to purchased lots does not pass to the buyer until all invoices are paid in full.
  • Payment Terms: All auction items must be paid within seven (7) days of the auction closing unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. Orders not paid within this period may be cancelled.
  • Taxes & Fees: Purchased lots may be subject to sales taxes, use taxes, VAT, GST, tariffs, or other taxes imposed by U.S. or foreign taxing authorities. Buyers are responsible for all taxes and charges.
    • Lots delivered within the U.S. are subject to applicable state and local taxes, unless the buyer provides valid permits.
    • International buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees required by their destination country.

Shipping & Handling

  • Orders will be shipped within 7–10 business days of payment receipt.
  • Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Certain unsold items may be offered for sale after the auction closes.

Item Descriptions and Images

  • All photographs, screen captures, and item descriptions are provided solely for reference and identification.
  • Screen captures do not imply items are screen-matched or identical.
  • Color variations may occur in electronic or printed images and are not grounds for return.
  • Descriptions do not create any warranty; items are sold as-is, and no description forms the basis of the bargain. 

Technical Limitations & Extensions

  • Internet or server outages, scheduled maintenance, or other technical limitations may prevent participation or bidding. In such cases, bidding may be extended at our discretion.
