"Cliffhanger" Gabe Walker (Sylvester Stallone) Practical Effects Model

Description

Miniature practical effects model of Sylvester Stallone in his role as Gabe Walker from Cliffhanger (1993). The figure is posed with arms raised upward, hands molded in a gripping position.  This figure can be seen towards the end of the movie when Gabe Walker hangs from the edge of the mountain after causing the helicopter to crash.

The model is outfitted in a screen-accurate miniature costume, including: white t-shirt; gray vest; olive green pants with gray ankle cuffs; and brown foam shoes permanently affixed to the feet

This piece showcases the attention to detail used in the creation of practical effects during the early 1990s. An excellent display item for fans of Stallone, Cliffhanger, or collectors of Hollywood special effects artifacts.

Condition

Dirt and dust residue stuck throughout "skin." Vest and leg cuffs have faded due to light exposure.  Proper right foot is loose.
