Tank top once belonging to, and worn by, fitness coach and television personality Richard Simmons. Richard Simmonds blue tank top with rhinestones adhered to obverse and reverse. There is white screen print text on obverse that reads “DICK / and / JANE.”

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.

Condition

Shirt does not appear to be missing any rhinestones. Imprint from letters on front of shirt can be seen on reverse, possibly from weight, light exposure or from transfer application. Faint spot of soiling on obverse by proper left seam. Minor grime/fading on shoulders. Areas where adhesive is used to attach rhinestones has yellowed.
