"Viva Erotica (Sik ching nam lui)" Sing's (Leslie Cheung) Film Canister

Description

Film canister acquired by the production for use in the Hong Kong film "Viva Erotica (Sik ching nam lui)" (1996) for Leslie Cheung's character "Sing." The top half of the metal film canister has a pink label on the top that has yellow, green, and blue Chinese lettering on it along with text in English that reads "VIVA EROTICA." Under the pink label, there is white label adhered to the canister top that reads, in part, "Universal Laboratory Limited..."followed by Chinese lettering. The bottom half of the canister is filled with shredded paper that is gold on one side and white on the other. Yellow Kodak label on the bottom gives information about how to use the film.

Condition

The pink label has detached from the top half of the canister. Otherwise, the item is in good condition.
