"Cocoon: The Return" Sara's (Courteney Cox) Research Identification Card

Description

Up for auction is Sara’s (Courteney Cox) research identification card prop from the 1988 sci-fi sequel “Cocoon: The Return.” This laminated ID badge is associated with Courteney Cox’s character, Sara Redman, a researcher at the film’s oceanographic institute.

The laminated card features a metal clip at the top and displays a color image of Sara in the top proper left corner. Printed information on the obverse proper right side reads:

“NAME SARA REDMAN / POSITION RESEARCHER / I.D.# 078900 / HT. 5’5 WT. 115 / DATE OF BIRTH 3/06/60 / SIGNED / [signature]”

At the bottom of the card, beneath the photo, is the fictional institution logo:

“ST. PETERSBURG / OCEANOGRAPHIC / INSTITUTE.”

Obverse is slightly faded. Double sided tape residue on reverse from previous improper display.
