"Friends for Life (Freunde fürs Leben)" Dr. Jorg Sommer's (Bernd Herzsprung) Jacket and Hat

Description

Jacket and hat acquired by the production for use in the German television series "Friends for Life (Freunde fürs Leben)" (1992-2001) for Bernd Herzsprung's character "Dr. Jorg Sommer."

Jacket: Heavy, black nylon rain jacket with zipper closure down center. Jacket has three silver-toned clips that flank zipper closure and two pockets on each side of obverse. Lettering on proper left side of chest that reads “NDF” with a semi-circle behind it. Jacket is made by Challenge Legendary and is a size medium.

Hat: Black wool Kangol brand cap with white embroidery at obverse that reads “NDF / FREUNDE / FURS LEBEN”. Cap is a size medium.

Obtained directly from Bernd Herzsprung.

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.

Mannequins not included.

Condition

Jacket: Minor spots of discoloration throughout jacket at sleeves, collar, center obverse, proper right reverse shoulder.

Hat: Slightly misshapen from lack of interior support.
