This prop oil lease was created by the production for use in "Addams Family Values" (1993). Prop oil lease on beige marbled paper with a black decorative border and black printed title at top reading “Oil Lease” with text in middle discussing legal agreement between Gomez Addams and Louella Harding. Faux signature from Louella Harding at bottom.

Obtained from Butterfield & Butterfield auction house.

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.

Condition

Top front left corner area of document has some staining and loss.  Dried adhesive residue on reverse from previous improper display.
