"Switchback" Bob Goodall's (Danny Glover) Costume

Description

Acquired by the production for use in "Switchback" (1997) for Danny Glover's character "Bob Goodall." This is a five-piece ensemble consisting of a jacket, vest, two shirts, and a pair of pants.

Obtained directly from Paramount.

Includes Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.

Mannequins not included.

Jacket: Tan jean jacket with button front closure, brown corduroy collar, pockets on obverse of each side of waist, and patch pockets on obverse each side of chest. Interior is lined with blue and red striped fleece. Carhartt brand.

Vest: Red nylon vest that is quilted and filled with down. Obverse center has zipper closure. Pockets on obverse of each side of waist. Pocket on interior of proper left side. Collar is cotton. Eddie Bauer brand. Size XL.

Shirt #1: Beige cotton, long sleeve shirt with button front closure, button cuffs, and patch pockets on obverse of each side of chest. Woolrich brand. Size 2XL.

Shirt #2: Cream cotton, long sleeved undershirt with button up collar on obverse center.

Pants: Pair of blue jeans. Wrangler brand. Handwritten text on interior of waistband reads “40 X 36.”

Condition

Jacket: Color faded on tops of collar, shoulders, and tops of sleeves. Dirt marks throughout.

Vest: Color slightly faded on top of collar and shoulders. Small hole on obverse proper right near bottom.

Shirt #1: Light dirt marks on end of cuffs and on reverse of proper right sleeve.

Shirt #2: Small hole on cuff of proper left sleeve.

Pants: Small dirt and oil stains throughout obverse.
