The script book features a green cover with printed text identifying the episode title, writer Peter Meyerson, “FINAL DRAFT,” and the date April 4, 1967. The cover also identifies Raybert Productions and Screen Gems, Inc. The front cover is signed in black ink by Micky Dolenz.
